Rules of Play

Creating a safe, welcoming space for all our young guests is our top priority. To ensure every child has the best experience at The Play Cafe, we ask that all visitors follow these important play area rules

Age-Appropriate Zones

Supervision

• All food and beverages must be enjoyed at the café tables.

• No food or drink is allowed inside the play areas.

• Please be mindful with hot drinks around young children.

• Shoes must be removed before entering the play zones.

• No sharp objects (keys, pens, jewelry) allowed inside the play area.

• Adults are not permitted on the play equipment.

• The netted walls and structure may not be climbed on.

• The main play area is designed for children aged 3 to 10 years.

• Our toddler zone is reserved for little ones under 3 years.

Food & Drink

• All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

• Parents and guardians must remain on the premises—we do not supervise children.

• Please continue supervising your children, even when seated.

Behavior Expectations

• Bullying or fighting will not be tolerated under any circumstance.

• Report concerns to a staff member immediately—please do not intervene yourself.

• Repeat offenders may be asked to leave to ensure a safe space for all.
